Terms & Conditions


REGISTRATION

Wildlight will take registrations from any family that wishes to register, subject to availability, and will not give priority to particular registrations on a basis of race, gender, creed or religion. Registrations will only be accepted as follows: -

1.       Registration form must be fully completed online.

2.       There is a membership fee payable of £35 per child. The membership fees are non-refundable under any or all circumstances. The registration will only be deemed as fully complete once this has been received.

As much as possible, places will be allocated according to the date your registration was received. However, the following priority order will be taken into account before places are allocated: 

1.       Any children already attending a Wildlight Club and moving to a new group.

2.       Registrations from siblings of those children who already attend Widlight Club.

3.       The age of your child.  We have to take into account the length of time a place is available in each club & whether there is the space for your child to move into club.

4.       The date your registration was received.

OTHER INFORMATION

Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

Wildlight or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class or on class premises.

Wildlight reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone (including parent) or the child of anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour within the class or to staff member.

You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - *relevant contact details*.

You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances 

If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, Wildlight will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded. 

In circumstances of adverse weather we reserve the right to move the class indoors and change any activities planned accordingly. There will be no refunds in these circumstances.

TERMINATION

Club sessions are booked per term and you are not charged for any club holidays. If you wish to leave Wildlight you must give at least two weeks notice before the end of a half term/term break.

If you decide to rejoin you may be required to re-pay the Membership Fee.

We reserve the right to update or amend our Terms and Conditions and fee structure as necessary. Any updates will be sent to parents via the email provided and will be deemed as accepted once the email is read. If you do not wish to continue under the new Terms & Conditions/Fees please give one week's notice of termination.
